Pre-Screening/Pre-Qualification Interview
Competency Testing/Behavior-based Interview
Work Employment Eligibility Verification
Valid Social Security Verification
Valid Driver License/DMV Check
State Identification Check
Professional/Personal Caregiving References
Tuberculosis (TB) Test/Physical Examination Test
First AID/CPR Certification
Fingerprint Clearance from the DOJ/FBI
Registration at the Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry under the Home
Care Services Bureau (HCSB)
Certificate of Ten (10) Hours Home Care Aide Mandatory Training
